According to the Guangyuan Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the bureau's second Party branch has taken the integration of Party building and business as a key lever, fully giving play to the leading role of Party building and making every effort to serve the goal of building Guangyuan into a famous green home furnishing industry city in western China. By constructing a Party building plus work system, it has achieved remarkable results in investment attraction, exhibition platforms, and scientific and technological innovation, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of Guangyuan's green home furnishing industry.

By building a Party building plus investment attraction system, the branch has consolidated the foundation for industrial development. It has adhered to the principle of establishing Party organizations on the industrial chain and gathering Party members on the investment attraction front line, formed a special task force for investment attraction, made more than 30 outbound investment attraction trips in total, and successfully introduced nearly 50 well-known enterprises such as GCL Energy Technology and Captain Atong. Through nanny-style services provided by Party member service teams, it created multiple examples of Guangyuan speed, including Luli Wood Industry taking 63 days from negotiation to signing and 36 days from signing to commencement. Since the beginning of this year, 40 key projects have started construction, including Luli's annual production project of 250,000 cubic meters of ultra-thin MDF, while 24 projects such as self-built factory buildings for Meihao Shijia's intelligent furniture production have been completed and put into operation.

By building a Party building plus exhibition platform, the branch has built consensus for cooperative development. It participated in the full preparation process for the 2025 Green Home Furnishing Industry Guangyuan Development Conference and set up Party member key-post teams to ensure the successful convening of the conference. The conference facilitated the centralized signing of 40 projects, including Luli Wood Industry's intelligent manufacturing of solid wood ecological home furnishing, with a total amount of RMB 11.463 billion, accumulating strong momentum for industrial development.

By implementing Party building plus innovation empowerment, the branch has activated momentum for industrial upgrading. It has promoted deep integration between Party building and industrial upgrading, organized an innovation service team led by Party member technical backbones, focused on six major fields including original green home furnishing design and key technology research and development, sorted out 24 science and innovation policies, and carried out more than 20 policy promotion activities in enterprises. It has already helped four enterprises, including Ruijing Accessories and Qiancai Crystal, complete intelligent transformation and digital upgrading, while also promoting the accelerated construction of Luli's dark factory and Meihao Shijia's 5G smart factory.
