Since settling in Zhaohua in December 2021, Meihao Shijia Sichuan Home Co., Ltd. has started integrating the entire industrial chain. From forestry resource reserves and timber processing to furniture manufacturing, brand promotion, and e-commerce, the company has built a complete industrial ecosystem. In February this year, its newly built intelligent manufacturing production lines were fully put into operation. Through full-process digital technology, the company achieved efficient operation from panel cutting to finished product delivery, increasing production efficiency by 50 percent.

This production line is not only a witness to enterprise transformation and upgrading, but also a vivid reflection of Zhaohua District's efforts to move industry from dispersion to clustering and from tradition to intelligence. Yang Zhigang, deputy general manager of Meihao Shijia Sichuan Home Co., Ltd., said that as capacity is gradually released, workers are highly motivated. In the first three quarters alone, the company's output value in the Sichuan market reached about RMB 68 million.

With a total investment of RMB 6.4. billion and covering 1,645 mu, the Sichuan Luli Green Digital and Intelligent Home Furnishing Industrial Park has also introduced internationally advanced production processes and equipment, building a complete industrial chain from timber development and high-end panel processing to whole-house customized furniture manufacturing.

Behind the high-quality development of enterprises lies not only the cluster effect of the China West Guangyuan Green Home Furnishing Industry City, but also the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.

In recent years, while promoting the development of the home furnishing industry, Guangyuan has actively leveraged the chain leader mechanism. Following the development approach of strengthening leading enterprises,filling in weak links in the industrial chain, and building clusters, the city has accelerated the cultivation of chain-leading enterprises, implemented tailored measures for different companies, and promoted technological innovation, management innovation, and model innovation to improve independent innovation capabilities.

Data show that the city now has 93 home furnishing enterprises above designated size, five specialized and sophisticated enterprises, and 13 innovative enterprises. Output value is expected to exceed RMB 6. billion this year, steadily moving toward an industrial cluster worth more than RMB 10 billion.

Smart empowerment upgrades the industry

In the China West Guangyuan Green Home Furnishing Industry City, since settling in, Zeruitang New Materials Technology Guangyuan Co., Ltd. has actively responded to the policy of intelligent transformation and digital upgrading in manufacturing, increasing the introduction and investment of intelligent equipment. It now owns the first domestically leading five-coat five-bake sports flooring production line in western China.

As the core carrying area of Guangyuan's green home furnishing industry, in recent years Zhaohua District has focused on digital and intelligent empowerment, arranged RMB 30 million in fiscal funds, promoted the completion and commissioning of six intelligent transformation projects including Ruijing and Guangzhilv, supported backbone enterprises such as Luli Wood Industry and Qianchuan Doors and Windows in building intelligent manufacturing demonstration lines, and accelerated the construction of the Meihao Shijia 5G factory, leading coordinated upgrading across the whole industrial chain from point to area.
